Relocation to Singapore
For foreign entrepreneurs who intend to relocate to Singapore, you have to apply for a work pass. There are two types of work pass: Employment Pass and Entrepreneur Pass (commonly known as EntrePass). Both work passes facilitate multiple entries and long-term stay of foreign entrepreneurs to enable the management of business operations in Singapore. The successful applicant may also apply for Dependent Pass for immediate family members (spouse and unmarried children below 21 years of age).

This is suitable for foreign entrepreneurs, directors, professionals, managers, executives and specialists. Applicants will be assessed based on their salary, qualifications, work experience and nature of job and other factors. Employment Pass applicants must earn a minimum monthly fixed salary of SDG$2,500.
Company Setup + EntrePass Application
This is suitable for entrepreneurs, whom may lack the appropriate educational qualifications, but have proven track records of successful business ventures. EntrePass applicants must also have a paid-up capital of SDG$50,000 and submission of a 10-page business plan.
